Rita I. Tabraham is an Associate Attorney with Bilodeau Capalbo, LLC. Rita has broad based experience in both litigation and transactional matters, with an in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions and financing. Rita's other areas of focus are corporate and business formation and litigation, civil litigation, administrative law matters, collections, probate, tax planning, and trust and estate planning. Rita has significant previous experience in family court, criminal matters, and personal injury matters which allows her to offer comprehensive solution for closely-held and family-owned business clients, and when attending to generational needs of long-term clients and their families.
Rita has represented lenders, private real estate investors, builders, contractors, and developers throughout Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut. She has served in corporate officer and director positions for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University, with a major in Philosophy and a minor in History. She earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac College School of Law. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both RI and CT.
Rita is also a Rhode Island title insurance producer and is a notary public in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. A. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association the Connecticut Bar Association, and the RI Title Standards Committee and the Connecticut Real Property Section.
