Alex is most apt at handling business and commercial law disputes involving different business entities. He also practices in bankruptcy on both the Debtor and Creditor sides, regularly appearing before the United States Bankruptcy Court in Rhode Island.Background
Alex received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Anselm College with a Major in Politics and a Minor in Public Policy Process. Alex earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where he was awarded a Concentration in Business Law and Financial Services, with distinction, for his aptitude in the subject matter.
In addition, Alex served as the Lead Articles Editor for Suffolk University Law School's Journal of High Technology Law. His work, "From One End of the Spectrum to the Other: The Case for Stronger Property Rights in FCC Spectrum Licenses And A Response to Musey's 'Spectrum Rationalization Challenge,' was subsequently published by the Journal and may be found at 15 J. High Tech. L. 395 (2015). He was also the recipient of the Journal's "Best Book Review" Award for his review of "From Gutenberg to Zuckerberg: Disruptive Innovation in the Age of the Internet."
Alex is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
