Ryanna T. Capalbo is a partner with Bilodeau Capalbo, LLC.

Ryanna’s primary focus is in the areas of:

Ryanna's primary concentration is in representing clients throughout all stages of the divorce process, including custody, placement, relocation, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution issues. Ryanna also has significant experience in representing clients with property boundary disputes and adverse possession claims. Her representation of lenders and business clients allows her to bring those valuable skills in the divorce process where business assets are involved. Ryanna Capalbo has represented clients in llc member disputes, shareholder disputes, contract drafting and contract review, creditor collections, lenders in foreclosures, workouts, bankruptcy and other transactional and litigation matters. Her experience also encompasses all aspects of insurance claims, coverage and litigation.

Ryanna has a broad background of litigation experience regularly appearing before the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts In Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Ryanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Nebraska with a double major in Political Science and English and a minor in Communications. Ryanna earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University School Law School.

Ryanna is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Michigan. In addition, Ryanna is an active member of the following:
